Good Day Family,As of now, I have not received a confirmation or a denial
from Ricky about what Roselyne’s caretakers told me he had instructed them to
do. So while I am still waiting to hear from him, I am going to share with the
family what happened.
When I arrived at sister Roselyne’s house, the gentlemen
caretaker related to Suzette recognized me, and while he was happy to see me
again, he seemed a little nervous. So after we chatted about Suzette's health, I
asked him about my sister Roselyne and where she was. That’s when he uncomfortably told me
“OH YOU KNOW, RICKY SAID THAT IF YOU COME HERE, NOT TO ALLOW
YOU TO SEE YOUR SISTER” .
Then the lady told me that it was Ricky and
Fanfan who gave them those instructions.
Seeing how uneasy they were, I told them not to worry
about it. Because to me, either the boys were joking, or they lost their marbles
saying such nonsense. So I apologized to them and they pointed to the
living room where Roselyne. I was delighted to see her, and spent a very special
moment with her.
However what the caretakers told me was greatly disturbing
me inside, and I just would not believe it. So I decided to call Ricky to
clarify. My first call went straight to voicemail, indicating that he is also a
call blocker. So I left a message and called him again using a 516 number. This
time the phone rang, but he did not pick up. So after leaving him 2 voicemails,
I expected a return call that never came. When done with my visit, I
thanked the caretakers for the cordial welcome, and said that I'll see them at my
next visit.
BUT HERE
IS THE KICKER.
Could it be that Ricky is such a coward that he could not say it to me directly
rather than use the caretakers as his personal messengers. Specially when he had
the chance to do so the day before over the phone, when I gave him the respect
of informing him of my intentions to visit my sister who just lost her husband.
Furthermore, when he passed on the buck to the caretakers, what did he expect
them to do? Tackle me, put me in a head lock and throw me out?
Well, I will repeat again that this problem with the
Balmir boys inability to speak honestly and as their own men, while taking their
marching orders from the women, is the main reason for the family’s debacle. But
here is what I say about these Claude/Dupiton women:

They wanted to take
my wife from me, and stupid Marline did not understand that it was
because she had the best husband of them all. So she let them do it, and it
was her stupid decision.

They wanted to split
my daughter from me, and stupid Tanisha did not realize that it was
because she has the best, most supportive, fun and intelligent father than them all.
So she let tem do it, and it was her stupid decision.
- Now they want to spit my sick sister Roselyne
from me: Well that's a different ballgame. Because unlike my wife
and daughter who willingly allowed them to split us, my sister Roselyne is
incapable of making such decision, and would never agree to be split from her
brother. So no one is going to make that immoral decision for her.
THEREFORE THIS NEW CLAUDE/DUPITON DIVISION SCHEME
IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
So instead of Ricky hiding behind the Dupiton erected wall
of silence to avoid clarifying what the caretakers said, he should remember that
this is the same hiding trick that the Claude/Dupiton used to avoid answering
simple questions like:

What is the reason they
made me enemy #1 on the exact date and time that my marriage broke? Because
it is not a coincidence.

Why is it that after Ricky
made the following promise to me at Roselyne's house in 2016,
"Uncle, I got your back", he and his
brother ten took orders from Doc Dupiton to stab me in the back?
- Why can't anyone name ONE (1) thing I ever did
to either Liliane, Johanne, Dominique, Ricky, Fanfan, Tanisha, Guy, or my
wife that made them commit to ruining my life, target me for
eradication, and worth disgracing the family over?
And it is the same Dupiton hiding
trick that cost me an eye with Doc Dupiton's cruel
"Hiding from Pharmacist" scheme. Now, if
no one can answer either of these questions, why have they rejected peace, and
are now choosing to escalate matters with this new immoral scheme to split me
wit my sister?.
AND GUESS WHO MY NEPHEWS GET THEIR MARCHING ORDERS FROM:

From the sister Liliane Claude who first attempted to break up their parents
marriage when she told my mother and Roselyne that the late Eric Balmir
Sr., attempted to rape her many times in Haiti. But with
mother & sister Roselyne being strong women, the Balmir marriage survived.
But the Balmirs boys forgot.

From the same Claude
women who broadcasted that nephew Ricky Balmir was homosexual
because he was seen hanging at gay nightclubs.
But seemingly, Ricky forgot that too.
From the same Claudes who also broadcasted that
younger nephew Frantz Balmir
had swallowed a bottle of pills in a suicide attempt over a best friend
stealing his girlfriend. How did I know? Well
nephew Frantz forgot that too.
From the same Claude & Dupiton women who Ricky was first to warn me bout
these women troublemaking ways upon hearing of my marriage break up. He
said, and I quote::

WOMEN OF THE FAMILY ARE TROUBLE, AND NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR ANYTHING. THAT IS WHY I
LIVE FAR FROM THEM IN BROOKLYN, AND KEEP THEM OUT OF MY PERSONAL LIFE.
THEY HAD EVEN SIDED WITH YOUR EX-WIFE FLORENCE WHEN YOU BROKE UP
WITH HER AND STARTED DATING MARLINE”

Well, I guess Ricky forgot
about saying that.

From the
same sister Liliane who made the most
evil-inspired & erroneous accusation that their mother Roselyne killed
our mother. Then I heard that their father Eric was seen ridiculing mother
as she was having a stroke. A Big one the boys
forgot

From the
same Liliane,
who upon seeing me at Roselyne’s house yelled in Creole
“You want to kill me, just like you killed mother”
Now we are up to 3 people, daughter Roselyne, Son in-law Eric, and son
Claudy who plotted to kill mother for no reason.
Now you probably ask "How in ell can the boys
forget those? Well the simple answer is ''Brainwashing',
and here is the evidence in Ricky's own words soon after completing the
eviction mission to become a talking parrot repeating after Liliane in this
text to me.

First I am confused. I had an argument with his mother over smoking, but
somehow my mother is the one killed. Well I call that absurdity on steroid,
or a parrot who cant repeat his line..

But the biggest absurdity
is that he forgot about the fact that there was a line of smokers who lived in that
house with us at different times, namely Reginald Berne, Mignone Berne, Guy Balmir and
Lilliane's own husband Henry Claude. Oh, but Claudy's smoke was the potent
scapegoat for this sickening fabrication.
- Then the contradiction thickens. How
could their parents Roselyne and Eric who never handled one cigarette in
their lifetime were the first accused of the imaginary crime.
- So who really killed mother. Answer: Natural
causes. from a stroke in her bed at night.
So just as the boys allowed the death of their grandmother
to be unscrupulously used to denigrate their parents, they are letting the death of their
father be used for this new immoral scheme of splitting me from my sister while
the family mourns the death of their father.
THUS THE REASON I
ADVISED HIM ABOVE:"
Change who you get your advices from".
BUT HERE IS
WHERE THIS THING WITH ROSELYNE GETS WORSE
Back in 2017 when the boys started to execute the eviction mission, I clearly
told tem that:
THE PURPOSE OF THE EVICTION THAT THE CLAUDES
ARE PUSHING THEM TO EXECUTE WAS NOT TO REMOVE ME FROM THE HOUSE, BUT TO
PERMANENTLY SPLIT ME WITH MY SISTER ROSELYNE. SO DO NOT FALL FOR THAT TRAP”.
Well, the boys again did not listen and evicted me. So
when the women got wind of my plan to go visit my sister, they realized
that the eviction scheme t did not accomplish
the goal of splitting me from my sister, as I predicted to the
boys in 2017. So they were asked to finish their unfinished mission of splitting
Claudy from Roselyne.
Thus the reason I concluded that the boys refusal to
listen to their elder uncle or anyone, except to take their orders from the
Claude/Dupiton women, makes them the main reason, and the principal tool used to
divide and disgrace the family.
CLOSING WITH A HISTORY LESSON:
As a family elder, I have often tried to share with my juniors some of the
positive history of this family. Because as I often repeated to tem:
One must know your
history to know who you are and where you are going, as your history should
dictate your behaviors and actions to stay on the right path.
So let me share once more with them this one
milestone event from our family's history involving their mother, and one that
laid the foundation for us becoming a strong Haitian family in the US.
So here it is:
.It was back in the 60's when 18 year old
Roselyne Mackenzie, fresh out of high school, waved good bye for the first
time to her mother, sister and her little brother as she boarded a plane alone,
heading to Congo in the far continent of Africa on some teaching program. But
her long term mission in making this voyage far from the comfort of her family
at such a young age was really to open a door of opportunity for the entire
family in the US.
However, it was a mission that almost ended in tragedy
soon after it began, as her plane had to make an emergency landing in Africa
with no landing gears, but on its belly as metal hit concrete with sparks flying
on a foam covered runway. But with God's will and prayers, 18 year old Roselyne Mackenzie
survived and never told that story to the family until decades later.
There, she met Eric Sr. and a little African boy named
Eric Balmir Jr. was born. Moving from Africa to the US, she purchased the
historical family house in Cambria Heights, and at this point, she was
ready to embark on her true mission of bringing the whole family to the US
First was our mother, then brother Claudy, followed by a
parade of family members who got their US foothold at that same Cambria Heights
house. A house that became host to a parade of family milestones, from baptisms,
to communions, graduations, Holidays Celebrations, weddings, down to funerals.
The house were our matriarch Anna Rose finally took her last breath from natural
causes, and their father just took his.
Sadly so, this house in which I was also a babysitter to
my toddler nephews Eric & Frantz, is the same house that these same nephews were
ordered to evict me from, and now trying to finish the job of splitting me
from the sister Roselyne whose near fatal sacrifice at the age of 18 is
responsible for all of us being who we are and for what we have today.
So I tell these boys: Stop shaming your
mother's life and sacrifices, and stop turning her house of God
that took in the neediest into a house of evil, division and
eviction.
FROM 60'S POSITIVE H HISTORY TO 1980'S FIRST FAMILY DIVISION
Now, here is an even more recent family
history that exposes a pattern of behaviors that led to the current family
situation.
It was during the 1980's
when the very first family division was created by the same Claudes who
manufactured the current one. It was another 3+years split between our Mardy
cousins and the rest of the family wit Liliane Claude at tee center. So with the family split
into Claude vs. Mardy camps, the only person who refused to participate in the
division was me, Jean Claude Elie. I maintained contact with both sides, and
acted as a mediator in refuting false claims one side was throwing against the
other. In the end, I became a catalyst in reuniting the family. I made that impact because I do not side with people, I side with the
truth and with an eye at reconciliation & unity.
BUT THE DUPITON RAMPAGE OF DIVISION DID NOT STOP
THERE.
Now with our matriarch gone, and the 2nd family pillar Roselyne Balmir inflicted
by Alzheimer, a leadership void set in that niece Johanne Dupiton secretly took
advantage of. So comes...
- YEAR 2013. when I warned Liliane and
Dominique that Johanne attitude was going to be a problem for the family,
but they ignored me. So as Johanne started her negative approach on my wife,
who told me at the time, a crack started to form in the family unity. So I
summoned a family reunion at my home in honor of my mother, and made
peace with Johanne. So once more, I kept the family united.
- THEN IN 2015, after Johanne executed
the Thanksgiving kidnapping of my wife from me, I saw a major risk to the
family. So I once more pulled the family back with a 2nd family reunion on
at my home.
- THEN IN 2016: After the marriage broke
up and the family’s complicity came to the surface, I immediately called for
a family meeting for peace. But Johanne blocked it, just as she'd block the
next 4 peace initiatives presented to them.
So for anyone to try using me as a scapegoat for the
family's debacle is an absolute absurdity. Specially after having ruined
my marriage, my relationship with my daughter and the great life I had for 6
decades doing good for others,
NOW WITH RICKY KNOWING ALL THAT HISTORY
Here is what I say. If he does not retract this
cruel nonsense about me not being able to visit my sister, this report and a lot
more will be published to the community within hours. Then that immoral attempt to
split me with my sister Roselyne will become the highlight of the funeral
ceremony. And I am sure that he does not want to cast a huge shadow over the
funeral with gossipers and finger pointers having a field day.
And since I intend to be at the family funeral, if
anyone was cooking any more sordid plan to block me, I suggest that he/she holds
it back.
SO NEPHEW. I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR
FROM YOU ABOUT THE NONSENSE THAT I CANNOT SEE MY SISTER. YOU ONLY GOT A
COUPLE HOURS BEFORE THIS REPORT GOES PUBLIC.
And may I inform everyone that Jean Claude Elie, the elder
family male is back and here to stay.
