As it was recently announced in a Special communication now posted as Edition-3, , the publication of this newsletter was paused to investigate new developments that elevated the 'Horrific Saga' to the status of 'Super-Horrific'. So as the publications were to resume from where we left off at Edition-2 (J. H. Charles in the Horrific Saga), we are instead jumping to the latest developments with an "Address to the Mith Family" that was delivered as Confidential to the families a few days ago.

So as that 'Confidential 'Address' is being made public through this Edition-4, the reason for doing so will become evident at the end of this presentation as we will share a report on the initial feedback to the 'Address', reflecting the families' Dysfunctional nature that has kept this cruel saga alive all these years.

Now, before the 'Address' was delivered to the families, the following Pre-announcement Message was sent to all families members to stress the importance of everyone taking it seriously.

So let me present you the 'Address' starting with the introduction letter.

THE MITH FAMILY IN THE POST-MARRIAGE PERIOD OF CRUELTIES
DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE DATA TOWARD A RESOLUTION

Dear Mith Family

As I had promised to give my justification for disclosing my family's personal & sensitive data, I will do much more than that by going into the family’s history & skeleton closets to expose the deep-rooted & decades-old motives that drove this saga from being mischievous to dangerous up to reaching inhumane & criminal levels.

But as this Saga was clouded in emotions & personalities, I became the victim of misjudgment & misunderstanding. And that is something Marline had recognized years ago when she told me after hosting my family reunion: “JC, I see the problem with your family. YOU ARE MISUNDERSTOOD”, just as she had made a similar comment in a letter to her family, writing in part : “You do not know JC... he is good man, a caring husband...”.

And, as I’ve often stated that “Jean Claude Elie sides with the TRUTH and not with PEOPLE", it is with this commitment to impartiality that I decided to disclose sensitive family data in order to exonerate your family from some undeserved blames my family had put on you. And since I did not hesitate to disclose the Mith family's sensitive data to defend myself against false allegations, “What's good for the Goose is good for the Gander”.

Now I hope that this display of impartiality and honesty that is also reflected in my address to you below will convince you that your family had Misjudged my character and Misunderstood my intentions. And as this Address will close with the offer an Exit-Ramp out of this saga for your family, I ask you to give it serious consideration so that I can go on concentrating on the issues of my family toward bringing closure of this saga.

- PART 1 OF 4 –
BEHAVIORS & ACTIONS THAT JUSTIFIED RELEASE OF SENSITIVE FAMILY DATA

Let me first recall that this saga was initially triggered by Joelle Mith-Joseph who was then supported by her family with the Claude women of my family giving the final blow to the Elie union. Then as we entered the Post-Marriage Era, Dr. Marie Dupiton (Johanne) launched a new campaign of cruelties with the Claude women of her family.

.

But as I survived the Dupiton Hell with the Claude women taking refuge behind a wall of silence, my investigations uncovered new evidences of unscrupulous activities that had to be exposed along with the associated sensitive family data. So let me share just a couple of such cases.

CASE #1: EXONERATING THE MITH FROM THE POST-MARRIAGE PERIOD OF CRUELTIES:

 It was just recently that I had pressured my elder sister Liliane Claude with questions on their victimization and moral corruption of my only daughter Tanisha Elie. Then to my shock, she responded with the ultimate insult of offering me a Money Bribe to go away. So in sarcasm, I responded with an invoice listing dozens of her family's cruel acts of victimization that would add up to millions of dollars in compensation, then told her that I asked for ANSWERS and not for Doc Dupiton's dirty money.

But as I looked back at the list of victimizing acts, paying attention to when & who committed each one, I realized that 100% of these acts, but one, took place AFTER the marriage and 100% executed by members of my family without any involvement by the Mith family as reflected in the right column. LOOK FOR YOURSELF.

So Mith Family:
I am sure that the question you're all asking now is: "If our family was not involved in those Post-Marriage period acts of cruelties, then why was our name a constant presence in all the Post-Marriage publications?

 Well, the answer to this question will come in PART-3 with the Mith family becoming an obstacle to a resolution.

CASE #2: MY FAMILY PASSING THE BUCKS TO THE MITH FAMILY:
As my investigations into the Post Marriage period intensified, I revisited my family’s Skeleton Closets where I discovered evidences of the Claude women having wickedly redirected the blame for some of their actions to the Mith family during the marriage. For example:

• There was Liliane Claude telling people that it was 'The Mith Family that kicked me out of the house.
  THE TRUTH IS: It was her daughter Dr. Dupiton who had pulled the lever for Marline to strike the final blow.

• There was Liliane Claude again saying that the Mith Family had provided them a picture of my stepdaughter with a swollen lip 2 years before.
  THE TRUTH: , Beside never having seen such picture, there was the evil implication of her words and the 2-years secrecy brainwashing Marline as the only possible source of this imaginary picture, but NOT her family.

• Then we had Liliane & Johanne spreading the rumor that the reason that the Mith family has problems with me is because I was spreading pictures of my step-daughter's room.
  THE TRUTH: The Mith never saw such pictures, let alone to falsely claim that I was publishing them. So this was a fabricated case of pointing fingers.

IN THE END, SENSITIVE FAMILY DATA EXPOSED LILIANE AS "TOP INSTIGATOR":

As Joelle and Johanne were always viewed as the Top Instigators, when I dug deeper into the ‘History of the Claude Branch’, I uncovered evidence of deep-rooted motives pointing to Liliane Claude as being the true Top Instigator in my family above her daughter Johanne Dupiton.

With that, let's go to PART-2 with Liliane Claude's rise to leadership as a divisive figure who brought down the family that our mother and sister Roselyne Balmir had kept Unified for decades.

As I previously stated, “This Saga could never take place in the days of my mother & sister Roselyne Balmir”. And the evidence becomes clear when we look at the family's status under the leadership of Liliane Claude, compared to the family of the past under her younger sister Roselyne Balmir during my first 2 marriages.

MY 1st MARRIAGE IN THE DAYS OF SISTER ROSELYNE BALMIR:

When a major dispute with my first wife caused me to leave my NJ home and head to sister Roselyne’s house, she twice convinced me to return home and try to patch things up in consideration for my young daughter. But after both attempts failed, my mother took my daughter to Haiti for her to avoid the effect of the separation.

In the end, our 2 in-law families remained in good terms with NO Drama, NO Family Division, NO Post-Marriage Era of cruelties.

                          
MY 2ND MARRIAGE, ALSO IN THE DAYS OF SISTER ROSELYNE BALMIR:
As I informed my mother and sister Roselyne of serious issues in the union, my mother reached out to my mother in-law while sister Roselyne who belonged to a Church marriage group reached out to my wife’s close cousin in NJ, where she then travelled a 2-families counseling meeting that actually saved the marriage for 2 more years. But as things worsened over time, I went back to live with mother and sister Roselyne. And that was just as I began to date Marline in 1998.

In the end, while my ex-wife maintained her vindictive ways, the in-law families remained in good terms with NO Drama, NO Division, NO Horrific Saga.

So much so that my ex-wife NJ cousin and his daughter were guests at my wedding to Marline 10 years later as shown n pictures 1 & 2. And also shown in picture-3 is my first wife, proving that JC makes No Enemies. And to further make the point, picture-4 shows Mrs. Elie at the RockMasters Awards Gala presenting an award to my previous girlfriend, Dancer/Choreographer Mikerline Pierre for her work in promoting Haiti’s Culture.

Interestingly though, these pictures reflect what I had stated in a prior publication, which is:

Now , from the NO-DRAMA ending to my marriages under sister Roselyne,  let's see how Sister Liliane did with this last marriage.

MY MARRIAGE TO MARLINE IN THE DAYS OF LILIANE CLAUDE:

First, even though Liliane Claude was aware of the very first issue created by Joelle Mith, it wasn't until 2 years later that I finally requested some support from my family by calling sister Liliane and said:

"Liliane, please do me this favor. Give Joelle Mith a call for me and have a conversation about you noticing some stress between your brother & her sister. See how she reacts and take it from there"’.

But Liliane shocked me by relying “OH, I DON’T KNOW THESE PEOPLE, AND IT’S TOO SENSITIVE”.

But I still did not give up on my family for support. So when I later became concerned about Marline’s frequent episodes of depression, I contacted the family and asked Liliane & Johanne to 'Please come visit us to give my wife for some moral support, and maybe she'll open up to you'

Well, not only did they never show up or call, 'Dr. Dupiton later added insult to injury with a diagnosis of Marline, telling me: “Your wife suffers from Split Personality”.

SO HOW DIFFERENTLY WOULD SISTER ROSELYNE HAVE HANDLED THIS 3RD MARRIAGE?

First, as sister Liliane had told me that 'she did not know these Mith-people", sister Roselyne would have not only known them, she would have reach out and set up a 2 families meeting just as she did in saving my previous marriage for a while. And knowing her, I am sure that she'd ask Marline permission for a sit-down conversation with Tiffany & Nicholas, As a result, there’d be peace today. 

Then there are thing that Marline would never think of doing in the days of sister Roselyne Balmir.

• Marline would never dream of showing up at our family’s Thanksgiving celebration without her husband.

• Marline would never dream of secretly attend public parties alone, specially with n Roselyne in the audience.

• Marline would never dream on booking single-wife vacations secretly from her husband.

• Etc.

Because unlike the Claudes women who told Marline that ‘Not doing what she wants when she wants is husband CONTROL', Roselyne Balmir would have told Marline 'It’s the MUTUAL RESPECT’ in a marriage and to a spouse' that all wives also expect from their husbands.

And if you have any doubt about that, just ask Roselyne’s sons Eric & Frantz Balmir, and they will tell you that "When it comes to mommy Roselyne, uncle Claudy is 100% correct”.

Now, before going to PART-4 and the Mith Factor, it's important to show you how Liliane Claude rose to the status of leader toward the family's downfall.

THE FAMILY LEADERSHIP TRANSITION OF FROM ROSELYNE TO LILIANE:

First, while Liliane is the elder, her younger sister Roselyne rose to family leadership as the first one to leave Haiti at a young age for Africa, and then to America where she purchased the first family house in Cambria Heights in 1968. The same house that is now involved in this saga's controversies. Then as Roselyne proceeded to bring the whole family to the US, and guided everyone into a new life in America, she defaulted to the role of family leader.

Then once our mother passed away and Roselyne became a victim of Alzheimer, the leadership responsibilities went to the elder Liliane Claude just before Marline and I got married.

So being Liliane's junior brother, I gave full respect to her status of leader, and at the sign of any family issue, I'd reach out to her with respectful phrases like “I am writing/calling you with all due respect as my older sister & family Elder...". And this is exactly what I had done when her daughter Johanne Dupiton first tried to cause trouble in my marriage with a big lie, telling my new wife: “Your husband brings girls to the office”, then continuously intruding into my office/apartment above Camkids.

But ironically, it was Liliane who had advised me to move to that apartment from Roselyne’s house after our mother's death. But I now realize that this was her first attempt at disconnecting me from sister Roselyne and her house. Because years later, after staging the demise to Marline and forcing me back to sister Roselyne's house, she coerced my nephews to evict me and bring disgrace to their mother's house that was since 1968... 

The Family House where Roselyne had reassembled the family in the US from Haiti.

The Family House where every member of the family passed through (Ironically, except for all the Claudes).

The Family House that hosted weddings, communions, christenings, graduations, etc. for the family.

The Family House of God & prayers that took in people, and where our matriarch took her last breath.

 But thanks to the Claudes, that Family House is stained as the house of Eviction, Police, Marshal, Vulgarities, Schemes and of blasphemy with Liliane's atrocious fabrication that "'It was sister Roselyne, then brother Claudy who Killed our mother.

NOW A FEW WORDS FOR MY NEPHEWS

Now, before leaving my family to dive into the Mith Factor in the Post-marriage period, I have some important words and revelations for my nephews Eric & Frantz Balmir about their sick mother & her family house.

Now, you can see why I get upset at these so-called nephews who gave more importance to pleasing the Claude women over their mother's wellbeing

IN CLOSING: What you read so far confirms that Liliane Claude was the Top Instigator and a powerful force of division who had conditioned her daughters for these campaigns of cruelties toward satisfying the deep-rooted jealous resentment that she secretly carried toward her sister Roselyne and brother Jean Claude who she secretly viewed as a ‘Half-Brother’ as I recently discovered.

THEREFORE, WE CAN DEDUCT THAT:

 “If we were to remove the name Liliane Claude from the picture, and replaced it with Roselyne Balmir, THERE WOULD BE NO HORRIFIC SAGA TODAY.

AND THAT TAKES US TO THE MAIN PARTS 3 & 4 WITH THE MITH FACTOR & CLOSURE-PATH OPTIONS

 Now Mith Family,
As I've dedicated significant time and effort to provide you with the above package of information, I hope that I’ve convinced you of the following so far:

• That the current unresolved family issues took place after the marriage, therefore they’re not about the marriage or your family.

•  That all the post-marriage acts of cruelties & victimization such as the false arrests, 2 weeks in jail, eviction, vision damage, drug frame, defamation of character, family division, all the way to the moral corruption of my daughter and splitting me from sister Roselyne were all executed by members of my family

• That I’ve I have no personal animosity toward the Mith family as the past is in the past.

 So having said all that, the big question remains: "How come the Mith name consistently comes up in the post-marriage period publication"?

Well, let start by reminding you that the initial publications were strictly limited to our 2 families in an effort to understanding what led to the unexpected demise of the marriage with the full blame going to the Mith family as documented in “The Mith Archives”. But that was until I discovered evidences of Johanne Dupiton’s undercover operations as documented in the ‘Dupiton Master Plan’.

And as I had expected to return home, the idea of going public with the story never crossed my mind. So it was not until 2 years later when the Claudes staged my eviction into a shelter that I said enough is enough, and launched the initial public campaign with the website www.theclaudes.com. But still, those were limited to a select group of only 150 people, and that was until Mad Doc Dupiton pushed me to go Full-Public when she sent me these 2 infamous texts.

 So as Mad Doc Dupiton had pushed me to go public, the answer as to why your family remained a factor in the Post-Marriage Publications would be as simple as “Because you chose to be”. But the complex answer is in how you did it, and the consequences it continues to have today. So let jump to that.

THE MITH USE OF MARLINE TO CARRY AN 'ANTI-JC' MENTALITY INTO POST-MARRIAGE ERA:

It started when members of your Mith family blindly jumped on Joelle’s bandwagon of the ‘Assault on Tiffany' Big Lie and developed an ‘Anti-JC’ mentality of viewing me as an enemy for life. But what you did not realize is that the ‘Anti-JC’ mentality really had the effect of an ‘Anti-Marline’ mentality. And here is how:

• When you twice rejected the invitations to New Year celebrations at our home, and only my family showed up, you did not hurt me. YOU SHUNNED & HURT MARLINE!.

• .When Marline told you “that "JC is a Good Husband”, but Joelle replied “JC’s a Low-Life who deals with Trash”, I just laughed, but YOU INSULTED MARLINE as marrying Trash!

• When she begged her brother Richard to "Please invite her husband to the Christening", and he said ‘NO’, HE ONLY HUMILIATED MARLINE

• When she said “JC could never hit a woman”, and you replied with the cruelest fabricated lie that “This man assaulted your daughter & physically abused you.”, YOU BADLY INSULTED HER AS A LIAR .

• THEN THE WORSE: When you ejected us from a restaurant hosting her mother’s Birthday party for bringing her husband, I was shocked, but only at the sight of MY WIFE BEING PUBLICLY HUMILIATED BY HER OWN SISTER & BROTHERS.
  But you don't have to take my words for it, as Marline had clearly expressed her humiliation to you in a letter from which quote her writing:

  "...I can't begin to say how I felt when I was treated like an outcast, by my family, and chased away like a homeless dog or maybe worse, humiliated & disgraced on the day of my dear Mom's birthday celebration...".

AS THE MARRIAGE ENDS, SO SHOULD THE MITH'S  'ANTI-JC' DISSIPATE. BUT WILL IT?

Now Mith family:

As you've seen, the 'Anti-JC' mentality had actually backfired as being 'Anti-Marline', subjecting her to humiliation, insult & hurt feelings by her own family. But once the marriage ended and Jean Claude was out of your lives as you desired, the 'Anti-JC' feelings should have dissipated as no longer having any basis. However, I did continue to sense some animosity on your part. But I wasn't concerned since I was out of your sight and out of reach with my focus switched to investigating my family's actions.

BUT THE 'ANTI-JC' WOULD RE-EMERGES AS THE 'HATING-JC' IN THE POST-MARRIAGE ERA:

Now, as Marline’s insecurity over her family’s love compels her to always please you right or wrong, she became the your “Anti-JC” flag bearer and carried it into the Post-Marriage period as she pledged her allegiance to the women of my family, telling me "I'll do anything that your family asks of me”.

So, as I became concerned about her strange loyalty to my family that was involved in a campaign of cruelties toward me, I immediately informed you of my concerns that Marline was falling under these women's spell. And here are a few such warnings:

• When I wrote you about Johanne being a bad influence on Marline, YOU DID NOT REACT.

• When I insisted that you keep Marline away from my family for her own good, YOU DID NOTHING.

• When I pleaded with her uncle Eric Picard on the phone and in writing to keep Marine out of my personal family issues, I WAS IGNORED.

• Even when I recently made the simple request to have Marline get me the framed poster of my late mother in the house,. YOU DID NOT GIVE A DARN.

• Etc., Etc.

So you discarded my warnings, and welcomed Marline doing the dirty job of 'Anti-JC' flag bearer while remaining silent in the dark, the same way the Claude women operated with my nephews & daughter doing their dirty deeds. As such they quickly put Marline's pledge of allegiance to work in their campaign of cruelties as depicted in these few examples.

1. There was Marline assigned as Mad Doc Dupiton's Defense Lawyer for. So when published a negative but 100% accurate report on her client, lawyer marline responded with "Leave Johanne alone. She did nothing. You did it all, only you". And what did you say? NOTHING!

2. Then the Claudes used Marline to stage a false arrest using her phone that I was still paying for. Because when service was disconnected over a late payment, Marline was told 'I had blocked her phone to CONTROL her', and I got arrested for harassment. Did you tell Marline to stop it? NOPE!

3. THEN after Liliane Claude revealed the secret of having had a picture of Tiffany's swollen lips for 2 years, Marline began to promote the ‘Assault & Punch’ Big Lie that she had strongly refuted, and that all the Mith & Tiffany knew was Big Lie that was discredited by a Live Recorded Video. But you let her keep reposting it. The question is WHY?

4. Then a police detective informed me that Dr. Dupiton had dragged my wife to the station to help her file a fraudulent complaint for my arrest, and Marline admitted it in a voicemail to me saying "Yes I was there. my daughter's going to put you in jail...". But when I told you of Marline being pushed into this illegal/criminal act YOU DID NOTHING.

5. THEN as my daughter Tanisha was being mentally victimized and poisoned against her father, it's clear that the Claudes had enlisted Marline's help and awarded her with my daughter as she told me "You got the wrong ladies. Me & Tanisha, we do what we want when we want’. But when I asked you to check on her outrageous comment, YOU DID NOTHING.

6. ETC.

In the end, as all my concerns & warnings to the Mith family went into deaf ears, except for an occasional text saying ‘Unsubscribe, Refrain, or Nobody cares’. So as Nobody Cared', Marline was left at the mercy of the Claude women as the 'Anti-JC' elevated to an 'Hating-JC' crusade that was more important to you than 'Loving Marline' and pulling her out of the jaws of the Claudes women involving her in their campaign of cruelties.

THEREFORE: As to the question of How come the Mith family consistently comes up in the Post-Marriage period of Claudes Cruelties & Victimization? The answer is "because You chose to be in it by letting Marline carry your 'Anti-JC' Flag into the Post-Marriage period to be used in ‘HATING JC' was your priority over 'LOVING-MARLINE',

With all that said. we can go to the final PART-4 where your family will have the opportunity to redeem itself of this 'Hate over Love' label, and prove that LOVING-MARLINE' has priority over HATING JC' by simply taking the Exit Ramp provided at Closure-Path #1 below toward closure of this saga,

- PART 4 OF 4 –

THE PATHS TO RESOLUTION FOR THE MITHS & CLOSURE OF THE SAGA

Now, since Marline is the central character whose marriage & home were used to stage the conspiracies, and then dragged into the Post-Marriage period, she has the answers to the questions that can't remain unanswered and the mysteries that can't remain unsolved.. But due to the Mith family’s ‘Anti-JC’ obsession, she's been unwilling to cooperate and became a major obstacle in my efforts to get the answers around my victimization, the downfall of my family, the victimization of my daughter & of Marline herself, etc..

So I now present the Mith family an Exit Ramp at Closure-Path #1 to remove themselves as an obstacle to a resolution. That way, I can get the answers needed to deal with my family's issues on Closure-Path #2 toward finding closure to this Saga.

CLOSURE-PATH #1: THE EXIT RAM FOR THE MITH FAMILY

Let me begin with this important statement:

 “While I’ve condemned the Mith family’s actions during the marriage, today I do not carry personal grudges or Anti-Mith feeling for what’s in the past. So if Marline was to request my assistance today for a family member in a jam, I would not hesitate as humanity & compassion take precedence over personal differences.

Therefore I would expect the Mith family to also free themselves from grudges after all these years, and take this exit path with the following benefits to them

1. Bring full closure to the Mith family out of this saga

2. Exclude their family from future public releases.

3.  Put a hold on the pre-announced punitive actions against professional licenses, employments, legal actions, Etc.

So, as Path #1 is a 2-Steps process, here is Step #1

 STEP-1: As Marline is compelled to side with her family right or wrong, you need free her by dropping this useless ‘Anti-JC’ attitude. And most important is to show her that Loving-Marline is more important than Hating-JC. Now, whichever way you go about it, here are some suggestions for a positive result:

• JOELLE could tell Marline, “Sorry sister, I was wrong about JC, and it was mistake going against your wishes and interfering in your marriage”

•  TIFFANY could tell her mother: “Sorry mom for putting myself & my wishes above your happiness and your authority”

•  HER BROTHERS could say to her “Sorry sister for not believing you when you said "JC did Nothing", and we were more interested in Disliking-JC than Loving-You”

 STEP-2: This step simply involves Marline accepting her family’s willingness to leave the past behind, and cooperate in the sharing of information.

At this point, the Mith family will have taken the Exit Ramp out of the Horrific Saga Post-Marriage Era to enjoy the 3 benefits above. At which point, point, my family will have the ball to carry along Closure-Path #2. So let's head there.

CLOSURE-PATH #2: THROUGH MY FAMILY.

Now this second path is actually the one we've been on heading toward strong actions and retaliations. But with the Mith family no longer an obstacle, the possibility for reaching closure without retaliation comes with 3 possible End Zones.

• END ZONE #1: BEST OUTCOME:
  If after the Mith complete Closure-Path #1, my family comes out of hiding to address the issues and unresolved mysteries with a willingness to address some of the damages like the victimization of my daughter, then, THEN THE SAGA WILL BE CONSIDERED OVER & THE FINAL CHAPTER WRITTEN.
   

• END-ZONE #2:2 HALF GOOD & HALF BAD:
  If after the Mith complete Closure-Path #1, my family remains stubbornly behind the wall of silence: THEN ONLY MY FAMILY GOES TO THE CHOPPING BLOCK WITH MAD DOC DUPITON THE FIST IN LINE..
   

• END-ZONE #3; THE APOCALYPTIC RED-ZONE
  If the Mith family does not take the Exit Ramp at Closure-Path #1, and my family remains behind the wall of silence, THEN BOTH FAMILIES CONTINUE ON THE PATH TO THE CHOPPING BLOCK WITH JOHANNE & JOELLE #1 & #2 IN LINE..

IN CLOSING: Since I had given numerous notices in the past on what these pending actions may entail, I will not repeat them again. But I strongly encourage the Mith family to take the Closure-Path #1 as the ball is now in your court.

CLOSING WORDS & REMARKS
TO THE MITH, CLAUDE, COLIMON, DUPITON, BALMIR & ELIE

I will begin my closing comments with the words of Marline on the importance and significance of families just weeks before the marriage ended. And it comes from a written question of hers hat the 2 of us had to respond to . While some of you may have seen those words before, they have even greater significance to the Closure-Paths offered.

Here is her question followed by our individual responses. And as to the word ‘Family’, it was not used in its generic form, but specifically referring to our 2 families.

Now, in reading those words again today, it is clear that the 2 families that we were expecting support from only existed n our dreams. Especially after Marline sent me the message below that I’ve shared many times about the 2-families meeting we had discussed above, hoping to be ‘…happy for the first time in a long time’

But even as our families were not interested in making her ‘happy for the first time in a long time’, we had kept Hope Alive as Marline closed the year with this message of Hope that I keep on showing over and over to reflect on.

But Mad Doc Dupiton and the Claudes still decided to strike the ‘Coup de Grace' 3 weeks later. And here we are 6 years later.

If Marline’s words above about family do not convince you to take the Closure-Path #1, then you would have proven that till today, ‘Hating-JC’ remains more important to you than ‘Loving-Marline’, and even ‘Loving-Joelle’ who will be first in line for the chopping Block. So, as I've created this Exit Ramp for the Mith family, I hope that you will walk through it. Because no Hate can be so overpowering that it blocks the ability to reason.

 THAT WAS THE ADDRESS TO THE MITH - BELOW IS THE FEEDBACK REPORT 2 DAYS AFTER

Now, as the 'Address' had provided the families the opportunity to dispel the 'Dysfunctional label by taking the Closure-Paths offered, the 'Reading-Stats' actually reinforced that label,

Thus the reason that the 'Address & Reading-Stats' is publicly released as Edition-4 of the Newsletter is to give the Families Elders another opportunity publicly dispel or confirm the 'Dysfunctional' label by the decision they make following this publication, and their decision reported in the next Edition.

And I close this Edition-4 with these personal words:

As I am a senior citizen who lived a good, and productive life, and who should have been enjoying my remaining old days in peace & harmony like I had planned by entering what was to be the my final marriage, I woke up one day to find myself caught between 2 Dysfunctional families that had shattered my dreams, screwed up my life, marriage, family, business, corrupted my daughter, even split me from my sister Roselyne. And for as long as I've been asking for ONE person to name ONE thing that I did to ONE of them during my whole life, all I got is SILENCE..

And I say to Marline who I treated like a Queen & with  maximum respect, and who I had publicly elevated as the best wife, I hope that you take notes and finally recognize that many character laws on your part contributed to this outcome. So I expect that you will aggressively push to complete Closure-Path #1 so that I can find my own closure.

Otherwise,  the campaign for Truth & Accountability will go into Full-Scale Retaliation Mode, and may the chips fall where they do. And a small preview of one such retaliation move was given as shown below from Edition-3..
