Good Day All,
As you know, with all restraining orders flatly dismissed, I
went to housing court last Friday with Marline, ONLY to get access my
residence, office and possessions that my wife is under outside pressure
to block me from. But what she did in court with information provided by my own
family was so shocking that I am choosing to narrate the story to you in 3
recorded, 5 minutes messages. The first of which is included below.
These 3 messages
will put more nails
in the coffins of these family renegades as the script writers and executioners
of the marriage conspiracy, and the misery they brought to so many lives today.
Housing Court decision
In the end, it was a confusing & disappointing court date.
Because, as I was hoping for peaceful resolution, I discovered deeper & non-stop
family intrusion.
I was so
blindsided with documents provided, or conspired by my family. Documents such as
-
An eviction
document relating to the home of my Alzheimer stricken sister (lie my 2nd
mother) Roselyne Balmir. A document which has no connection to this
marriage & had no business in Marline's hands.

Then a weird
Statement that my nephew Ricky Balmir, under order of the Claudes, and
without my knowledge had imaginarily moved me from my marital home, somehow
in one small suitcase. Weird!!!

Then comes
this illegal Haiti divorce document in French, sponsored by the Mad Doc. An
illegal document because I never received the mandatory prior
notification as required by the Comily standards, which you can read
[HERE].
Plus when the judge said "if there is a
divorce, then there must be a settlement document
of marital assets, which already
awarded her sole residency in the marital home".
A document also awarding me
my share of investment in the marriage. Including improvements to the home,
paying my share of mortgage, and most important, for saving the house from
foreclosure as my first husband responsibility by making the $2,000+/month
payments for over a year as she was ordered by a court..
WELL THERE IS NO SUCH DOCUMENT NO SETTLEMENT OF MARITAL ASSET, NO DOCUMENT.
NOTHING.
The Claudes want me to evaporate in thin air. Thus the reason I needed to go
home and take care of my business. All that's needed is for Marline to stop
bowing to outside pressure, and waiving a worthless piece of paper
that could have been signed by Mad Doc Dupiton or Liliane Claude
So it got to the
point that it was over the housing court judge head. So he did not make a
decision. He just gave me a contact &
referred me to lawyers to elevate the case to full family court proceedings. So
out the windows was my hope for peaceful resolution because headless Marline
keeps listening to these Claudes & others..
But the there was
another big statement Marline made which I will discuss in my first recorded
message below.
MESSAGE #1 - TO MARLINE
This first recorded message below to Marline, is mostly made to educate the
community . It is
also one of sadness for
Marline who in court, knowingly made the most unbelievable false
accusations to the judge in my presence. A lie so gross, that I am going to
refute it 100% in my message with a live recorded audio of the actual
event she twisted so badly. A piece of evidence that will discredit anything
that she & members of my family said in the past, or will say in the future on
this matter. It was a presentation by Marline when Dr. Dupiton and my family
were her main witnesses in absentia, with document and statement
provided by them. Thus eliminating any doubt of their deep intrusion in the
marriage to divide us, followed by non-stop efforts to block any reconciliation,
even communication between us.
It is also a message that will prove to you that Marline learned her lying
skills & distribution of "Trump-Type" fake news at the "Mad Doc
University of Trash & Hate". So for her initiation into the Anti-Happy-Men
Club & Johane's fictitious ex-wives club, Marline had to sacrifice her husband.
So you will hear my first concerning message to all below.
MESSAGE
#2- - TO DOC DUPITON, LILIANE CLAUDE & THE RENEGADES
The second message to be released the next day, will address
Doc Dupiton, Liliane Claude, Eric Balmir Jr. (Ricky) & others who provided
personal & unrelated family information that Marline used in court, while
stupidly supporting the behaviors of those ho took her for a fool and drove her
to self destruction. Still refusing to admit that she is the real victim
in denial. So I want this family to make no mistake to the following fact:
I may have been victimized materially, but Marline is their true
psychological victim.
So, in the 2nd message, I will force the Mad Doc and her gang to face their
actions and conscience by reminding them of certain skeletons in their closets.
Skeletons vaguely introduced, but that anyone close to the family will catch on
in shock. As I said, they will account for dishonoring the family that our
matriarch left behind, her legacy they tainted, and for them to feel that she
did not leave a son behind in vain. I hope that Liliane Claude will specially
get this message loud and clear.
Because she knows that if our matriarch Anna-Rose was with us, or my other
sister Roselyne Balmir was not afflicted by Alzheimer, there is no way that
Liliane and her daughters would have even dreamed of such evil plot, and never
could they have turned my sister house, where our matriarch took her last
breath, from a house of prayer that took people in, to a hell house where
family is getting evicted ftom, after the greedy Claudes took power over the
helpless, sick elderly couple's house. This 2nd message to them, you will get
the next day.
MESSAGE #3: - TO MY COMMUNITY
A message addressed to the supportive community that's been following my debacle
& has been very supportive. In that 3rd message, I will try to highlight certain
fine points that will not be obvious to you. But more important, I want you to
again see that my purpose is not to put my personal affairs in the streets, as
no one ever hear me say one disparaging word about my wife, in spite of all in
spite of all. I do this because it became a necessity in trying to
privately and solely battle some 7 devious women, each having their self
serving interests, from jealousy, greed, vengeance, hate etc. Even deep rooted
jealousy for never having the husband Marline had, nor the father my daughter
enjoyed. Thus they made our husband/wife & father/daughter relationships their
targets for division.
In the end, it became physically, mentally impossible to privately withstand an
assault that could become a hazard to my heath, if not my life, which have
already been put at risk through the Mad Doc negligence, and purposeful depraved
indifference..
As I said God gave me some skills in communication, people relation, a
marketing, in addition to various technical skills, which I thank him for.
Therefore he'd expect me to put them to use against evil.

LISTEN TO ON TO MESSAGE #1
ON A FINAL NOTE:
I was looking so much for a peaceful resolution, that on before our
Friday court date, I sent Marline a message about our smiling Fridays of the
past with these pictures of a smiling Marline. But her indoctrination and gag
order from speaking to me even prevented eye contact from her .
THERE HAS TO COME A DAY WHEN MARLINE IS ABLE TO TALK. THAT IS
THE DAY PEACE CAN BE ACHIEVED
