Well everyone,

Here we are on Christmas day, a time to be Merry, Joyful, Caring, and Loving. But the family Christmas grinch came around to mess the spirit with this immoral court story that took place 4 days before Christmas. And honestly, I've gotten  pretty thick skinned with those baseless court cases, as proven by my perfect 6-0 dismissal/win  record.

Now as a result of the devastating conspiracy scripted by the family's own  grinch, the family cannot celebrate Christmas, except in hypocrisy and blasphemy. And this court story I am about to share, defines a family driven to meanness, division and  hate by its own grinch, turning this family's  back on Christ and the  teachings of our late matriarch.

Therefore, we find a young niece dragging an uncle to court for pure vindictive, sadistic satisfactions, and  to avoid taking responsibilities for the division and pain she caused to many, while the other members of the family remain accomplices through silence. So, as you will see, it is a story that proves once more that "God works in mysterious ways for me".

So let's go into the courthouse with my niece Dr. Dupiton (Johanne), acting as the family grinch 4  days before Christmas.

A LITTLE BACKGROUND

First let me give a quick recap of what generated this 2nd Dupiton court case in Westbury family court. A case she filed 3 days after the Queens District Attorney flatly rejected a similar filing with this letter to me

This new case started this past October when 3 members of he family requested a face to face peace talk to end this saga born out of Doc Dupiton's marriage conspiracy . A positive peace request that came from the communication exchange  below that was initiated by: #1) her mother and second by  #2) her older sister, #3) my daughter, and me as #4.

So  I gladly accepted, called in a ceasefire,  and forwarded them my idea for a successful peace negotiation. What no one expected was Doc Dupiton's negative rejection of this initiative. Just like she had blocked all previous attempts to have a family meeting, even one requested by my wife.

So, instead of welcoming peace, she ran to Westbury court to file for an order of protection. Then followed up with a series of threatening texts of police, arrests and all kind of incoherent statements to me.

The first message below was her rejection of the peace initiative, followed by a series of troubling messages going into my marriage, Marline, my ex-wives etc. Since I already reported on those, let me just show you a few samples as a reminder.  Then on to the court hearing

The last one is her confession of being deep into my marriage and in our bedroom.

Now, please keep those messages in mind, from a seemingly lunatic person, as we go into the courthouse to hear her shocking request.

WESTBURY COURTHOUSE - DECEMBER 21, 2018

I arrived in court around 11:30 AM. She was already there with her lawyer, and for some strange reason, she brought her 2 young daughters, one of whom is my Goddaughter. I guess she brought them for a lesson on abusing the court system to beat up on innocent  men.

Anyway, my lady lawyer showed up a half hour later to get the show n the road.  But the shock of the day came even before we entered the court room. It was a request she made to her lawyer that caught me totally by surprise. But which. in the end. will work  in my favor as you will see. A dumbfounded move, proving why one must never mess with someone your senior and 10 times smarter than you.

So comes Doc Dupiton's lawyer approaching my lawyer to say that his client wants to ask the judge "to have me go trough a psychiatric evaluation". Wow, I said. Now anyone who knows Jean-Claude Elie, Claudy, Engineer Elie  or RockMasters, knows that this high achiever, respected businessman & personality who supports our community, does not have a single misaligned cell in his brain.

So  at that moment, my brain went to work, and saw a dream opportunity to teach the doc a lesson. So I immediately told my lawyer "WE DON'T NEED A JUDGE TO DECIDE. I HAPPILY VOLUNTEER TO BE EVACUATED". So, I called her bluff with a big plan in mind,  and the judge also  looked positively upon my decision o volunteer without her ruling on it. Because she knows that crazy people do not volunteer to be evaluated. No more than guilty criminals volunteer for a lie detector test.

But I could see that the Doc did not expect my reaction. She wanted to claim that the judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation on me. So in the doc's mind, that is recorded as a loss. And that is what happens when you try to outsmart people 10 times smarter than you.

NOW WHAT'S MY LOGIC  & PLAN.
.Since I am guarantied a perfect sanity score at the evaluation, I will have a certificate of super-sane in my hands to challenge all the character assassinations that have been thrown at me for over 2 years. But more important, it will show that only an insane Medical Doctor can diagnose someone with a perfect sanity score as mentally deranged. The same  MD who wrote all the mental & incoherent messages above upon hearing the word peace.

And this family must remember that this will be my 2nd certificate of super-sanity, once my lawyer gets her hands on the previous clean bill of sanity I received from LIJ the year before. A prior certificate I got after returning  to my sister's house from the framed arrest on the "Blocked Phone to Control Case" (Which you can read here), then I found the locks changed, and Doc Dupiton had someone call he police to say that I was going to hurt myself. So they were forced to take me to LIJ hospital where I was given a clean bill of sanity. So Doc Dupiton forgot that one, and still owes me reimbursement for the $678 LIJ bill. Hopefully this judge can take care of that also, when she makes the doc reimburse the court for this frivolous new evaluation she requested.

BUT HERE IS THE KICKER WITH 2 CERTIFICATES OF PERFECT SANITY IN MY HANDS
I also have tons of messages from Doc Dupiton's renegades syndicate, falsely slandering me with names like Crazy, Mental, psychopath, “Moun Fou” etc.  And even above, you see her calling me "Psycho". But the killer evidence is a live recording of my wife Marline while I was still home,  accusing Johanne & her mother of telling her that  “your husband is crazy & mental" back in 2014 in her campaign to ruin our marriage.

You just heard a 2014 recorded evidence of a perfect case of 'Character Assassination' and attack on my marriage by Johanne (Doc Dupiton), delivered by my wife. Now even in relating the 'kicking door' incident, my wife showed her ignorance of the incident by wrongly naming a nephew 'Gregory' out of name recognition, instead of my ex-roommate Jean-Marc, who she never knew. Because it was an incident from over 10 years ago, before my wife and I had even met again. So this also shows how far back in time goes the Doc vindictive jealousy over me. Specially with her bringing up my ex-wives from over 3 decades ago in her recent messages above.

 Therefore, after twice being certified as Super-Sane  by real Medical Professionals, and not by a quack & want-to-be Dupiton Psychiatrist, here are the things that she will have to deal with in court if she continues to harass me with frivolous court filings. Because it will e clear that:

1. An MD who diagnosed me as a mental case with my 2 certificates of perfect sanity from qualified psychiatrists, can only be mental herself. Therefore is unqualified to carry the MD title.

2. An MD who diagnosed my 230 High BP as "Faking" to put my life at risk, then checked on her diagnosis with secret 6AM phone calls to my wife, must be a crazy Mad Doc. Phone calls she will finally explain in court to prove her fitness and sanity.

3. An MD who hides for weeks from a Walgreen Pharmacist to avoid refilling an Rx she wrote, resulting in vision damage to me, must be a super-Insane Mad Doc

4. So it will be up to the judge to decide on the risk of such an MD pediatrician being allowed to misdiagnose the children of our community with false mental issues. 

5. To that last one, l say to parents: If this MD ever tells you that your child is slow, or has mental issues, RUN LIKE HELL TO THE NEXT CLINIC.

6. Now, since I agreed to her psychiatric evaluation request, and In light of my expected positive results, coupled with her incoherent messages above from last month, plus her previous unethical, risky and even criminal behaviors, I will request that she too goes through the same psychiatric valuation. And since I had volunteered to have one on her request, I expect that she will  volunteer also. It will only be fair.

7. In addition I will try to take it one step further. If at all possible, I will  also request to o have her answer my 5 questions, plus the ones on brainwashing of my wife & daughter, the 'Faking' diagnosis & my vision damage under a "Lie Detector" test. And I will also do the same for her.

So Family and friends, please think real hard about what you just read.  Because for Doc Dupiton to go to that extent, just to block a family peace initiative where she will have to account for her activities and the damages done to me, the family and many others, indicates that she is losing it big time. Her current actions only reflect a conciseness of guilt.

WHERE ARE WE TODAY

Now, I am just waiting for Social Services to call me to schedule the evaluation. And on to the next court date  at the end of January. From there we schedule a fact finding hearing to introduce evidences. Then on to the trial where all involved family members , including my wife, will be called upon  to testify to the truth on my behalf. As I am sure that those who covered for her, and acted as her co-conspirators in the past, will not be stupid enough to put themselves in legal jeopardy by lying her under oath.

Now, as I often like to do, let me close with a little humor, but a relevant true story that exemplifies what you just read

Now, we all know that a University only gives book knowledge. It does not give smart, intelligence, or common sense. And this is what this true short story will show.

One night, I was at a party at Brasserie Creole with  a buddy of mine. Then sitting at my usual spot at the bar with a Barbancourt bottle on ice,  this lady who was going around asking people to sign a petition came to me for my signature. So, I read the petition  carefully as my buddy looked on. Then I gave it back to the lady declining to sign it Then she turned to my friend and handed it to him for his signature.

My friend looked a her and said:
"LADY, DO YOU TAKE ME FOR STUPID? THE MASTER ROCK, AN ENGINEER  WITH A MASTERS DEGREE DECLINED TO SIGN, AND YOU EXPECT ME, WITH A HS EDUCATION, TO SIGN? GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE..”

So what does that little story shows, and what life lesson does it teach?

It showed intelligence, and common sense from my friend.. It teaches what Doc Dupiton refuses to learn. "That you should respect & learn from your seniors, and you should never try to outsmart those who are smarter than you".

And Doc Dupiton did not learn that when a senior adversary who is 10 times smarter, and 2 leagues above you offers you peace, you take it. Doing otherwise, only shows stupidity and lack of common sense. By letting stubbornness, intransigence and the false notion of MD power guide you, you are doomed for failure. Because, in such confrontation, you may win a small  battle, but you will lose the war big time over time.  Because you do not have the weapons, ammunitions and intellect  to sustain a prolonged conflict. And as I see now, she is acting in desperation mode at this late hour.

Now, to Doc Dupiton's lunatic claim of mental illness on my part, I say the following

It should have been obvious to her, as it is to  everyone else, that:

• What you have been reading from me are not the writings and a logic  of a crazy man. or mental patient.  Only someone without the intellect  to understand good English writing and  intellectual logic would see those writings as some sort of crazy & mental BS talk

• Just like those who could not comprehend Mozart's music, or Einstein science, in their times  used to refer to them as crazy & mental.

So, I hope that she will learn one day from an uncle who used to change her diapers.
